What You’ll Do:

• Lead and coordinate fundraising and marketing campaigns for nonprofit clients

• Develop and implement outreach strategies that engage communities and boost donations

• Manage a small team or project groups to execute events and promotions

• Track and analyze campaign results to improve performance and impact

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align goals and deliverables

• Provide coaching and support to team members to drive success

Who We’re Looking For:

• 18+ and available for full-time, in-person work

• Strong communicator with leadership potential and a passion for social causes

• Motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Comfortable working directly with clients, community members, and team members

• Eager to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities
