Job Description

Company Overview

Unity MSK is a national management services organization platform dedicated to supporting practices that offer the full continuum of musculoskeletal and orthopedic care. Our goal is to empower physicians with the resources, technology, and expertise they need to provide the best possible patient care. Unity MSKs partner practices currently employ more than 70 clinicians across 21 locations in 4 states.

Market Overview

The Los Angeles Region is a key strategic market for Unity MSK, consisting of eight locations Angeles, Downtown Los Angeles, Tarzana, and Encino. These locations offer Comprehensive Orthopedic, Spine, Hand, Pain Management, Podiatry & Therapeutic Care. Southern California remains one of the most competitive healthcare markets in the nation, particularly in musculoskeletal and orthopedic services. The region's dynamic population - from working professionals and athletes to aging adults, managing chronic orthopedic conditions - creates continuous demand for high-quality, accessible, and integrated care.

Given the competitive landscape - including private practices, hospital systems, and urgent care centers - proactive outreach, brand awareness, and relationship management are essential. The Physician Liaison will be pivotal in strengthening relationships with referring providers, expanding referral pipelines, increasing awareness of our full-service continuum and positioning Unity MSK as the preferred musculoskeletal partner throughout the region.

This market is ripe with opportunity for growth through physician engagement, targeted community outreach, and differentiated service offerings focused on patient-centered care.
