Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Worker / Assembler to join their team. As a Production Worker / Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker / Assembler

Location: Nashville, IL

Pay Range: $18.41 - $18.91 /hour

What's the Job?

• Placing appropriate identification stickers on parts.
• Removing grounding clips and tabs as necessary.
• Applying part protection film and covers to parts as required.
• Unloading parts from the paint line and loading them into appropriate racks.
• Verifying accuracy of parts and tags using a handheld scanner.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; we provide paid on-the-job training.
• Ability to maintain a clean work area per 5S guidelines.
• Willingness to participate in safety audits and maintain a safe work environment.
• Strong organizational skills to perform part sorts and cover sorts as needed.
• Ability to complete documentation of activities as required.
