Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and prepares all pick and pack orders for shipment on a daily basis. Ensures correct items, quantities and on-time shipment.

• Coordinates all international and domestic shipments from the facilities by preparing shipping documents; ensuring proper packaging and carton counts; determining proper routing and complying with the organization and customer routing guidelines.

• Prepares and manages all necessary shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations.

• Ensures compliance with customs regulations and requirements for both import and export shipments, including tariff classifications, duties and taxes.

• Serves as Subject Matter Expert and stays current on international trade regulations, sanctions, and embargo policies to ensure full compliance with legal requirements.

• Maintains shipping files and product databases in order to allow for efficient processing of repeat product shipments and supports investigations of freight bill discrepancies, lost shipments and freight claims.

• Keeps the shipping desk, pick and pack racks, and shipping dock clean and organized.

• Provides freight quotes and plans for large rollouts as requested.

• Develops and maintains an extensive knowledge of products, packaging procedures and warehouse layout.

• Contributes to a positive work environment, providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

• Maintains a high level of integrity and work ethic.

• Maintains professionalism in all verbal and written communications.

• Maintains compliance with all regulatory, safety and company policies and procedures.
