As a global leader in smart, healthy and sustainable buildings, Johnson Controls is seeking a Senior Motion Graphics Specialist to join their Global Creative internal agency. The role involves managing video production content supporting global internal customers, working within a team of graphic and motion designers to create stunning visual content that combines creativity, functionality, and technology. Responsibilities include coordinating workflows, editing and creating video content, managing project workflows and delivery dates, collaborating with clients on project scopes and budgets, ensuring brand alignment, publishing and managing video and social content using analytics to optimize engagement. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years’ experience as a producer in a creative agency or production environment, proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, experience with on-set production and post-production, a portfolio showcasing video production work, and a passion for content marketing and social media content. Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills are required, along with client-facing experience and the ability to work in a hybrid environment at the Glendale, WI office 2-3 days per week. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital or Broadcast production, experience in Integrated Marketing, script writing, and understanding of 3D production.
