Base pay range $65.00/hr - $65.00/hr Job Title Software Engineer (UKG Kronos) Job Location Goodlettsville, TN 37072 Onsite Requirements Oracle PL/SQL Job Description Responsibilities: Serve as the subject matter expert for UKG Kronos Workforce Central 8.x, providing support and guidance to the organization. Configure and implement new distribution facilities in the Kronos Workforce Central system, including setup for work rules, pay codes, navigators, and device profiles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs. Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues related to the Kronos platform or its integrations. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for end-users concerning Kronos Workforce Central or its integrated solutions. Stay updated with industry trends and Kronos updates to recommend system improvements. Document and maintain system configurations, processes, and best practices. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless system integration and support. Deliver training programs to end-users on Kronos Workforce Central and its solutions. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Hands-on experience with WFC configuration, support, and best practices. Ability to set up pay rules, labor level sets, shift schedules, time-off accruals, and employee configurations. Knowledge of shift functionality, schedules, and configurations. Experience with Navigator Profiles and configuration. Device configuration and troubleshooting for time clocks, including attestation, 4500, and InTouch devices. Creating interfaces using WIM, including third-party payroll and data updates in WFC. Development of custom reports, testing, and implementation. Work Experience & Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, trade school, or equivalent experience. Must have UKG Kronos Workforce Central 8.1. Support and administer additional SaaS solutions like ServiceNow, Origami, Workvivo. ServiceNow development experience is a plus. Intermediate or above skills in Oracle PL/SQL, Functions, Packages, Procedures. Experience with C#.Net (.NET Core 6.0). Nice to have: ReactJS, Microsoft SQL, GCP.
