Akkodis is seeking a Sr. Technical Architect for a Contract job with a client in Houston, TX . The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda), data modeling (Erwin), and building data pipelines with Snowflake and DBT.

Rate Range: $80/hour to $86/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Sr. Technical Architect job responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing scalable, high-performance technical architectures

• Leading cross-functional teams in the development of complex technical solutions

• Collaborating with stakeholders to define technical requirements and strategies

• Ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards in architecture design

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across systems and platforms

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field

• 8+ years of experience in technical architecture or related roles

• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Expertise in designing scalable and reliable systems

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#

• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Excellent communication and leadership skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams

Pay Details: $80.00 to $86.00 per hour
